• RESOLVED, That the Gity Council hereby concurs in the action of
the Contract Committee in the award of a contract for furnishing all
labor� material� equipment and services necessary or incidental to
the IMPROVING OF CRETIN AVENUE from Lincoln Avenue to Mississippi
River Boulevard for �the Department of Public Works� to P�DERSON BROS.
CEMENT CONTRACTORS for the contract price of $37� 273.95 (Plus -
Traffic - $2,000.00� City Force Work - Parks - $200.00, Engineering &
Inspection - 14� - $5� 218.35� Water Department Charges - 5500.00�
Collection Charges - $75.�0) as a result of Formal Bid #4501 and the
specifications incorporated therein. Pederson Bros. �ement Contrac-
tors bein� the lowest responsible bidder under the specifications
and th� Corporation Gounsel is hereby directed to draft the proper
form of contract and obtain the necessary performance and payment
bonds. The proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
