• RESOLVED, hat the City Council h�reby concurs in the action of
the Contract Committee in the award of a contract for furnishing all
labor, materials and equipment necessary or incidental to the GRADING
AND SURFACING OF CONCORD TERRACE - 1970 (Various Alleys) for the
Departm�nt of Public Works� to T.A. 5CHIFSKY & SONS, INC. for the con-
tract price of $24�505.50 (Plus - Val. & Asstm. Serv. - $450.00� En-
gineering and Inspection - 14% - $3�430. 77, Collection Charges -
$750.00) as a result of Formal Bid #4530 and the specifications in-
corporated therein. T.A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc. being the lowest
responsible bidder under the specifications and the Corporation
Counsel is hereby directed to draft the proper form, of cont�act and
obtain the necessary performance and payment bonds. Th� proper City
officials are hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf
of the City of 5t. Paul.
