02-934ORIGINAL Presented By Referred To Committee: Date �6 WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the City of Lauderdale mutually agree and desire to enter into an agreement for street lighting maintenance on Fulham Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Street, and WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, through its Public Works Department has the skill and the expertise needed to service, repair and maintain street lights, and WHEREAS, both Cities are willing to enter into an agreement whereby the City of Lauderdale purchases street light maintenance and repair services from the City of Saint Paul; now, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, the Lighting Maintenance Agreement between the cities of Saint Paul and Lauderdale, a copy of which is attached and incorporated herein by reference.
