In the Matter of r�constructing the sidewalk on the east side of White Bear Avenue
from Arlington Avenue to Nevada Avenue and by doing all other work which is necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 253584 approved A�ril 13,. 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having� considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of White Bear Avenue from Arlington
Avenue to Nevada Avenue and bq doing all other work which is necessarq and incidental
to compleCe said impruvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now
exist,
� with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4.40 per lin ft for 5' wide walk
$ 5.30 per lin ft for 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 18th day of
June, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
sa.id meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta,ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

order of the Council known as Council File Noo 253584 approved
April 13th. 19 71 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the east

work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
