In the Matter of reconstructing Che sidewalk on the south side of Bush Avenue
from Atlantic Street to Johnson Parkway and by doing all other work which is necessary
and incidental to camplete said impronement,
under Preliminary Order 253505 approved A�ril 9, 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to recon�truct the side�alk on the south side of Bush Avenue from Atlantic Street

to Johnson Parkway and by doiag all ot�ier work which is necessary and incide�tal � - --
to complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks naw
exist,
�vith no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4.40 per lin ft for 5' wide walk
$ 5.30 per lin ft for 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 17th day of
June, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

April 9th. 1971 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the south
