In the Matter of improving CHILDS ROAD from Warner Road to the East-West �uarter
line Section 9, (City Pro�ect No. G-1977) by widening, grading, paving and curbing;
by constructing street and driveway returns; bq constructing storm water drainage
facilities; and by doing all other work which is neceasary and incidental to complete
said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 253016 approve� March 12, 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to improve CHILDS ROAD from Warner Road to the East-West quarter line Section 9,
(City Pro3ect No. G-1977) by widening, grading, paving and curbing; by constructing
street and driveway returns; bq constructing storm water drainage facilities; and
by doing all other worl4,which is necessary and incidental to complete said improve-
ment,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $__��➢��-�
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 15th day of
.Tune� 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
