Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application of Woodbridge
Apartments for a permit to install a 225-car parking lot to be
used in conjunction with a 150-unit apartment building on property
located in the block bounded by Albemarle Street, West Hoyt Avenue,
West Nebraska Avenue, and Woodbridge Street. This property is
further described as:
Lots 1-30 inclusive, Block 10,
Rice Street Villas.
This matter was heard at the December 17, 1970, Board of Zoning
meeting. The staff reported that revised plans meet design standards.
The Board noted that representatives of the application were
present and that no one appeared in opposition to the application.
The Board heard a motion to recommend approval of the application.
The motion was seconded and carried by a vote of 4-0.
