The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordexed to be pxoceeded with.
� 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Couneil recommends is

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 23rd , day of

House and City Ha11 Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Comrnissioner of Finance give notice of
sa,id meeting to the persons and in th� manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement a,nd`the total cost thereof as estimated.
