RESOLVED, Tha.t the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
Addendum to Agreement between the City and Bather-Wolsfeld, Inc. ,
said Addendum to Agreement pertaining to the furnishing of
Engineering Services to the City in connection with the preparation
of a certain Transportation concept plan and study for the Central
Core Redevelopment Project A-1-5 and the Seven Corners Redevelopment
Project A-1-6, and increasing the ceiling of the said Agreement to
the sum of $24,557.96.

THIS ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT, Made this day of
, 1971, by and between the��F SAINT Y�
- ereina. ter re erred to as "City", and BATHER-WOLSFELD, INC. ,
hereinafter referred to as "Consultant";
WITNESSETH: .
WHEREAS, City and Consultant have entered into a certain
Agreement, dated the 27th day of August, 1969, whereby Consultant
• agreed to furnish services, under supervision of the City, per-
taining to the City' s transportation concept plan and study for
the Central Core Redevelopment Project A-1-6, and said Agreement
had a ceiling of cost in the amount of Twenty Thousand and no/100
Dollars ($20,000.00) ; and �
WHEREAS, City and Consultant desire to amend the above- .
referenced Agreement so as to increase the maximum cost to the
City so as to read Twenty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Seven
and 96/100 Dollars ($24,557 .96) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, CITY AND CONSULTANT AGREE AS FOLLOWS :
1. The above-referenced Agreement between the City and Con-
sultant, dated the 27th day of August, 1969, is amended as follows :
Article IV. "Payments to Consultant", Section A,
paragraph 5 is hereby deleted, and the following inserted
in place thereof:
"5. The amount payable to the Consultant by the
City under the terms of this Agreement shall not
exceed Twenty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Seven
and 96/100 Dollars ($24,557 .96) . "
2. Al1 of the rema.ining terms and conditions of the said
Agreement, dated the 27th day af August, 1969, except as modified
above, sha11 continue in fuli force and effect.
IN WITNESS •WHEREOF, The City and Consultant have caused this
Addendum to Agreement to be executed the day and year first above
written.
