WS6RBAS, Said Contractor requests that a portion of the 5� retained under
the con�ract from estimates for work done, be paid in advance of the final
payment
WHBRLA3, The ComOnissioner and Chief Eagineer of the Department of Public
Works, approve the payment at this time of $1,702.34 of the $3,202.34
retaiaed, therefore, be it
RESOLV�D, That the proper City Officials be and they are hereby authorized
to pay an estimate in the amount of $1,702.34 from the retained percentage of
$3,202.34 to said contractor, and be it
FURT�R RESOLVED, That this resolution shall have no force or effect un-
less the sureties on the Contractor's Bond consent thereto in writiag and file
such conseat with the City Comptroller.
