Open, widen and expand the intersection of Clarence Street and Point Douglas
Road (City Project P-0505R) by condemning and taking for street purposes that part of
Lot 8, Block l , Point Douglas Addition, all in the southwest quarter of Section 34,
T. 29N, R. 22W, in the City of St. Paul , lying within the following described lines:
Beginning at the most southe�ly corner of said lot 8; thence in a
northwesterly direction along the southwesterly line of said Lot 8, a distance of
129.60 feet; thence continuing in a northwesterly direction along the said southwesterly
Iine of Lot 8 at a deflectfon angle of 07°22' to the left, a distance of 27.22 feet; thence
in a northeesterly dtrectlan et e defleetlon engle oP 90� to Eh� right, � distanca of
113.84 feet more or less to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 8; thence southerly along
the east line of Lot 8 to the point of beginning, as shown on Opening Drawtng No. 2120
in D�awer 4, on ftle in the Department of Public Works.
