by condemning and taking for street purposes that part of Lot 6, Auditors Subdivision
No. 55 1Ying within the following described lines: Beginning at the northeast co�ner
of said Lot 6 (intersection of the north line of Sec. 3-T.28N-R.22W and the west ltne
of NE�, NE�, said Sec. 3) ; thence westerly along the north line of said Lot 6 (north line
Sec. 3-T.28N-R.22W) a distance of 118.5 feet; thence in a southeasterly direction a
distance of 119.5 feet to a point on the east line of said Lot 6 located 1$.6 feet
south of the said northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence northe�ly along the east line �
� of said Lot 6 to the point of beginning. ,
