The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the .Commissioner of �4nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resalves:
1. That the sa.id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is

Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 16th day of

House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, atating the time and piace of
hearing, the na,ture of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estim�ted.
