the contract fro� estimates for wark done be paid in advance of the final com-
pletion of the contract, and
WHfiR�AS, The Co�issioner and Chief Engineer of the Department of �'ublic
ylorks approve the payment at this time of $55,000.00 of the $110,905.59 retained;

to pay an estimate in the �ount of $55,000.00 fro� the retained percentage of

the sureties on the Contractorts bond consent thereto in writing and file such
consent with the City Comptroller.
