COMMISSIONE
WHEREAS, the Bureau of Nealth, Department of Public Safety, may,
from time to time, have occasion to grant use of their facilities to
outside agencies for holding meetings in the evenings after regular
working hours; and
WHEREAS, the building has to be staffed by custodians at this
time, for which overtime pay has to be paid, and
� WHEREAS, outside agencies are billed for expenses in�urred, and
�E��AS, it is desirable to have a separate fund to account for
this activity, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that a special Building Use Fund for the �Bureau of
Health be established and the comptroller is directed to assign an
account number. .
