WHEREAS� In 1969 the Ramsey County Welfare Board ha.d a Cash
Receipts Account in which the St. Paul Ramsey Hospital deposited
its cash receipts, and there now appears to be a balance in tha.t
account of $15,332.44; and
WHEREAS� The Ramsey County Hospital Commission� the Ramsey
County Welfare Board, the City of Saint Paul, and County of Ramsey
established a base for the hospital to operate� which apparently
did not take into account the receipt referred to, and this balance
in the Receipts Account should now be returned to the Ramsey County
Hospital, County and the City of Saint Paul, and a check has been
prepared and delivered, made pa.yable to the order of the Ramsey
County Hospital Commission, the City of Saint Paul, and the County
o� Ramsey in the amount of $15,332.44; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED� Tha.t the Commissioner of Finance be and is hereby
authorized to endorse the said check over to the County of Ramsey
subject to the return by the County to the City of Saint Paul of
the sum of $4,216.42 within a reasonable amount of time, this sum
representing the City's sha.re of 27 2% of the total amount of the
balance in the Cash Receipts Account.
