WHEREAS, A lack of City-owned Public Safety vehicles neces-
sitated Public Safety personnel to use privately-owned vehicles
for the purpose of crimina.l investigations during the period of
November 30 through December 26, 1970, in the course of their
employment with the Public Safety Department of the City of Saint
Paul; and
WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul deems it
necessary to reimburse the following Public Safety personnel for
their expenses as herei:n listed:
