The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Gommissioner o� Finance
upon the above imprn�tement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1.� Th�t th� said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is ,
to grade and surface with bituminous material-the alley in Block 23, Auerbach �and �

with no altsrnative.s, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3,117.00
Resolved Furtherr That a public heaxing be had on�id improvement on the lOth day of
Februar9, 197T , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court 1
. House and-City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting �o the persons and in the manner provided }�y the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total ooat thereof as estimated.
