under Preliminary Order 251540 approvP-�1 December 16, 1970
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commisaioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, lxereby resolves:
1, Tha.t the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is �ereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends ia
to r�grade and surface with bituminous material �f�FTA AVLNUE from Park Street to the
Soo Line Plat. Also eonstruct concrete curb and gutter, (�-1971)
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $- 11,080.00

�;; Resolved Fur�her, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th day of
February� 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City af St. PauL That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and plac�e of
, hearing, the natur.e of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
