The Council of the City of St. Pa�ui having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resoives: :
1. That the sa,id report and the sa�ne is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvemen�
is hereby �rdered to b+e proceeded with.
Z. �hat`the nature of the irnpmvement which the Co�ncil recommends is
to gr8de and surface with bitnminous material the a11ey in Block 24, Law�on's Sub= _
division af Bladca 14 and 24, fram Bancroft to Brown, to a width of 16 feet, "
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof ia $ 1.20 per assessable €oot
- Resolv,�d Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �ra day of
g��r��ar�� 197.3� , at the hour of 10 o'cloek A,M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That'�the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the gersons and in the manner provided by the Charter,.stating the time and place of
he�rix�g, the �a.ture of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. ? '�
