WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
December 26, 1970 to January 8, 1971., therefore, be i�
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ofdinance No.
6446 and 3250.
