The owner of record is Midwest Federal Savings and Loan Association, and the legal description of the property is Lot 4. Block 14 Syndicate #5 Addition. A recent inspection indicates the following: Build.ing Classification: Single family dwelling (frame). Exterior: House is sided. with asbestos roll siding and in fair condition. Cornice and roof overhang show some decay. Chimney is in poor condition. First Floor: All four rooms on the first floor have been vand.alized. Second Floor: Two rooms and bath on the second floor have been vandaliz e d. Plumbing, Heating and. Electrical Systems: Heating system and plumbing are intact but the electrical system has been vandalized. Accessory Buildings: The garage is in an advanced state of decay and is an attractive nuisance. The subject property has been boarded up by the city since September 24.
