The exterior condition of the dwelling is as follows: the siding is eroded with parts missing; the porch is sagging and has a rotted ceiling, trim and floor; the cornice is rotted; the rear stairs have steps missing and the others are rotted; c. The dwelling in the above condition is beyond reasonable repair; d. The dwelling is unfit for human habitation in its nresent condition and the above corrections must be made in compliance with the Building Code and the Housing Code of the City of Saint Paul in order to make the same habitable; e. The dwellinq constitutes a nuisance and a hazard to the public health, safety and welfare because of its nhysical damage, dila�idation and inadequate maintenance; f. The owner of record is Currell Realty, Inc. , and the legal descrip- tion of the property is Lot 30, Block 13, Mackubin and Marshall's Addition, A recent inspection indicates the following: Building Classification: 2-story frame duplex, and garage. Exterior: Dilapidated appearance, siding is eroded, parts missing. Porch sags. Trim on d.welling is in need of paint and. shows signs of decay. Stairs at rear are rotted. out. Interior: Impossible to view as building is secure. Garage: A two story garage at the rear of the building is in a d.eplorable condition. Garage contained much d.ebris and is deteriorated beyond repair. It was recently secured. by the city, as was the side door to the hous e. In reply to our inquiries, the owner has responded that he plans to s ell the hous e to the Housing & Redevelopment Authority.
