the specified date of completion is August 31, 1970, and
WBBREAS� The Contractor has not completed the contrect bq said date of
coepletion, therefore be it
RESOLVBD, That the proper City Officisls be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an a�aendeoent to said contract extending the time of coe�-
pletion to June 1, 1971, provided however, that this resolution shall tiave no
force or effect unless the �ureties on the Contractor's bond consent the�ip and
file sueh consent in writing with the City Coaaptroller, and be it
FURTHER RBSOLVED, That th� City of Saint Faul hereby does not waive any
claim for liquidated damages or engineerfng and inspection costs on this project.
