COMMISSIONE
WHEREAS, Ordinence No. 3250 authorizes and provides for
payment f or avertime work, and
WHIItEAS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has
authorized overtime work in the Water Department during the
period from December 12, 1�70 to December 25, 1970: therefore be it
RESOLVID, that the proper City officers are hereby author-
ized to pay the employees who performed such c�vertime work in
accordance with the pra�visions of Ordinances No. 6446 and No.
3250.
