WHEREAS, In connection with the Johnson Parkway Tennis
Courts Parking Area project, it will be necessary to incur engineering
and miscellaneous costs; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul proceed with the
necessary work at an estima.ted cost of $5,000.00, and that these
costs be charged to the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund Code
No. 6000, and that this fund to be reimbursed from Capital Improvement
Budget (C.I.B.) Fund 9771-460-012.
