directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for

To the Coamiissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 253920 :.�;: approved
Mav 5th. 19 71 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk and replacing
with inte�ral curb and sidewalk on the south side of W. 7th. St. from Tuscarora
Ave. to Watson Ave. and bv doint� all other work which is necessary and incidental
to comulete said imurovement.
aad having investigated the matters and thiags referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide aad $5.30 per lin. ft. for standard side�alk b ft. wide. ,
$1.50 per sq. ft. for integral curb and sidewalk.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
