RESOLVED, 7:'hat all City departments, bureaus and
agencies shall notify the City Clerk, weekly, ot all
notices of ineetings of other iaunicipal, county, metro,politan,
state and federal agencies received by said departments,
bureaus or agencies; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk shall prepare
weekly calendars of all such meetings and transmit copies
the�eof to the Mayor and Councilmen on a weekly basis.
