Gentlemen and Madam:
On June 15, 1971, having received in±ormal approval
to his informal applic-;.tion for Restaurant, On and Off Sale
Malt Beverage and Cig2.rette Licenses, at 1080 Forest Street,
Robert C. Baumgardner posted the required license fees and
made formal application for such licenses at that location,
at the License Division.
The Bureaus of Fire, Health, and Police having
completed their inspectic>ns of the above applic�=�.tion, the
attached resolution to formally grant such licer,ses to him,
is presented to the City Council.
