Gentlec�en and Madam:
On May 25, 1971, having received informal approval
to his informal application for Restaurant, On F;nd Off Sale
Malt Beverage and Cigarette LicFn ses at 6�1_ Selby Avenue,
Lester Howell posted the required license fees and made
formal applic�..tion for such licez::es at that location at
the License Division.
Also, in connection therewith, his application for
transfer of licenses he held at 684 Selby l�venue to 6� Selby
Avenue, was informally a,pproved and formally processed,
The Bureaus of Fire, Health, and Police having
completed their inspections of the above two applications,
the attached resolutions to formally grant such licenses to
r.im is presented to the City Coun.cil.
