Gentlemen a.nd Madam:
On June 8, 1971, after having received informal
approval to his infor�al application for the transfer of
On Sale Liquor and Sunday-On- �ale Liquor Licenses �nd new
miscellaneous liceaees, Fred D. Primoli posted the license
fees for such licenses and made formal applic�.tion f or the
transfer of the licenses from Case Restau�•ant a,nd Liquors, Inc.
951-3-5 & 9 Arcade Street to him at that address an.d the
necessary niscellaneous licer.ses for the same address,
at the License Division.
The Bureaus of Fire, Health, a,nd Police ha�ring
completed their inspections of the above applications, the attached
resolutions to formally grant such lice-r,ses to him, are presented
to the City Council.
