Mayor Kelly has recommended the appointment of Kathleen Wilson to
the Saint Paul Cultural Investment (Cultural STAR) Board. Ms.
Wilson's term will expire on December 31, 2004.
Mayor Kelly has also recommended the reappomhnent of Samuel
Verdeja to the Saint Paul Cultural Investment (Cultural STAR) Board.
Mr. Verdeja's term will expire on December 31, 2004.
