RBSOLVED, That e City Council hereby concurs in the action of the Purchasing
Co�►ittee in the awa d for furnishing and delivering PREPARSD FOODS for a supplementary
feeding program for Inner-City Youth at approximately twenty (2U) Recreation Centers
within the City of Saint Pau1 during the summer of 1971 for the Mayor's Office Federal
Program, Saint Paul, Minnesota to JZM'S FOOD SERVICB for the cost of approxia�ately
$132,0�0.00 as a result of Formal Bid #4b20 and the specifications incorporated therein.
Jim's Food Service being the lowest responsible bidder under the specifications and the
Corporation Counsel is hereby directed to draft the proper form of contract and seeure
performance bond in the amount o£ $10,000.00. The proper City officials are hereby
authorized to exeeute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
