To th oam�issioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Co�aisaioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order vf the Council known as Council File No. 253827 approved
April 29th. 1971 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides
of Fairview Ave. from Selby Ave. to Marshall Ave. and bv doing all other work
which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, herebq reporta:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
S ft. wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improve�ent is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
