does hereby approve Lease Agreement between the City and Group
Health Plan, Inc. , for a term of one year, at an annual rental

to the City, and the Mayor, Commissioner of Public Works, City
Clerk, and Comptrolle= are hereby authorized and direeted to
execute said Lease Agreement on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
