To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 253866 approved
Avril 30th. 19 71 relative to reconstructinQ the sidewalk, some portion
of which will be replaced with integral curb and sidewalk, on the west side of
S. Smith Ave. from Morton St. to Baker St. and on the east side of S. Smith Ave.
from Morton St. to King St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reportss
1. The estimated eost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft, for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $5.30 per li�. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide, and
$1.50 per sq. ft. for integral curb and sidewalk.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
