clirected to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, a.nd submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby suthorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Worka, having had under consideration the preiiminary
order vf the Council kno�an as Council File No. 253873 approved
Avril 30th. 19�relative to reconstructinQ the sidewalk on the west
side of Bellows St. from Sidney St. to Pase St. and bv doinQ all other work which
is necessarv and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and thinga referred to therein, hereby reportss
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft, for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk b ft. wideo
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
