having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered

directed to prepaxe plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Co�nissioner af Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
crder of the Council known as Council File No. 253872 approved
Ap�il 30th. 19�_relative to reconstructin� the Gide�alk on the north
s�de of �eorge St. from L.ivin�stnn Sr, to Gor�n St �nd bv doing all other ,work
which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters aad things referred to therein, hereby reporta:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for staadard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hercto attached and
made a part thereof.
