approval; that upon said approval, the proper city afficials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Commissioner of Public Worka, having had under considerativn the preliminary
order af the Council known as Council File No, 253871 approved
Anril 30th. 1971 relative to reconstructinA the sidewalk on the east
side of Ohio St. from Winona St. to Sidnev St. and bv doinA all other work which
is necessarv and incidental to comulete said improvement.
and having .investigated the matters aad thiags referred to thereia, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and �5.30 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide..
2. A plan, profile or gketch of said improveu�nt is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
