WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides f or
payment f or ove�rtine work, and
WHfiREAS, the Coromissioner of Public Utilities has
authorized avertime work in the Water Department during the
period from J1ine I2, 1971 to June 25, 1971: therfore be it
R£SOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby author-
ized to pay the employees who performed such overtime work in
accordance with the pravisions of Ordinances No.6446 and No.
3250.
