to the Port Authority of the City of Saint Pau to construct a public
storm sewer in a public utility easement and in Plato Boalevard, has
been re ared and introduce to the ncil of the Cit of Saint Paul

RESOLVED, That pending the said Ordinance becaning effective, the
Co�ronissioner of PubliC Works is hereb:y authorized a�d directed to issue
a permit to the Port Authority of Sairit Paul for the construction of
said storm sewer subject to the same conditions and requi�ements as set
out in Ordinance C. F. No.��������'j p�nding before the Council of the
City of Saint Paul , informa approvaf of the said construction being
hereby given in anticipation of the final adoption and approvat of said
O�dinance.
