to Cambridge Avenue (G-ig83) , under Preliminary Order 252738, approved
February 26, 1971 , and Final Order 253879, approved May 4, 1971 ;
ALSO, In the matt,er of grading and surfacing with bituminous material
the alley in Block 10, Desnoyer Park from Beverly Road to St. Anthony Avenue
(G-1975) , under Preliminary Order 252241 , approved February 2, 1g71 , and
Final Order No. 253421', approved April 6, 1971 , be and the same are hereby
approved and the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby directed to order
said work done under Public Works Contract No. 71-G-1981 , be it
FURTHER RESOLVED,' That the cost of the above improvement including
engineering and inspection expenses to be included with the assessment against
benefited property.
