WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authoriaes and provides for paynient for
overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period fro� June 12,
1971 to June 25, 1971: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the
employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 6445 and No. 3250.
