WHLREAS, the Saint Paul Fire Departtnent has in reserve
o�e1946 General Service ladder truck which is unfit for
repair and unsafe for fire-fighting purpose� in its present
conditions and
i�EREAS, the Fire Department has tried unsuccessfully
for some time, by advertising in various trade periodicals,
to sell gaid ladder truckf now, therefore, be it
RE80LVED, Z'hat all right, title and interest of the City
in said .ladder truck be conveyed to the St. Panl Winter Carnival
Association for use in connection with winter carnival activities.
