WHEREAS, e Corporation Counsel did advance the sum
of �150.00 to the Clerk of District C urt for Ramsey County,
to be used for the payment of filing �ees and to be reimbursed
back to said sum as disbursements indicate ; and
WHEREAS, because of the increase in fees and in the number
of filings it would appear to be more practical to increase said
deposit to �250. 00, the refore be it
RESOLVED� that the Corporation Counsel is hereby
authorized to increase said deposit account by the amount
of �100.00, and the Comptroller is directed to issue a check
in that amount to the Clerk of District Court for Ramsey
County, and to charge Activity 0030-Expense Code 141, Legal
Fees, for said amount .
