To the Commisaioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commisaioner of Public Worka, having had under coneideration the preliminary '
order of the Council knoWn as Council File No. 253781 approved
April 27th. 19 71 relative ta reconstructing the sidewalk on the south
side of Osceola Ave. from Lexington Parkway to Oak Grove Place and by doing all
other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.

and having investigated the mattere and thinga referred to therein, hereby reports:-�
1. The eatimated coat thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for standard sideWalk ,
S ft. Wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for atandard eidewalk 6 ft. wide. •
