RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY

RESOLVED, That the Corporation Counsel and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to offer for public sale, copies
of the City Charter adopted November 3, 1970, at the price
of 49� per copy, plus 1� State sales tax, and receipts of
such sale shall be deposited to Fund 0031-206p and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to receive payment for the sale of the new City
Charter and to issue his receipt therefor; and be it
� FURTHER RESOI,VED, That the Corporation Counsel is hereby
authorized to distribute, without charge, copies of the new
City Charter to the judges of the Supreme Court, the District
Court and Municipal Court; to the constitutional officers of
the State of Minnesota, and to such State departments as would
have need of same; to all City and County officers, in the numbers
requested; to the Hill Reference Library, Saint Paul Public Library,
and college and high school libraries, as requested.
