MINNESOTA Presented By Refened To Cominittee: Date 33 1 WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul ("Cit}�'), as part of its public improvement project to reconstruct 2 the Earl Street Bridge (TMS File No. AE2001-02, Final Order No. 02-174, approved by the Saint Paul 3 City Council February 27, 2002) is in need of permanent and temporary easements for said project; and 4 5 WHEREAS, 7udy Williamson, a property owner affected by said bridge project, has granted the 6 Ciry a temporary easement (attached as Exhibit "A") so that the City may acquire the easement rights 7 necessary for the construcuon of said project; and 9 WHEREAS, the Valuation & Assessments Engineer has recommended the purchase of said 10 easement far Two Thousand Four Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($2,400.00), this being a fair and 11 reasonable value as determined by an appraisal; now, therefore be it 12 13 RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council accepts said easement and directs and authorizes the 14 proper City officials to pay $2,400.00 to The New Viaduct Inn.
