WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul Department of Libraries,
A�ditorium and Civic Buildings has utilized the assistance of Mr.
James Conklin, a Ramsey County Data Processing Department employee,
in setting up a Data Processing System for said department; and
WHEREAS, Mr. James Conklin ha.s satisfactorily performed the
service requested in wiring an IBM No. 407 Computer for Library
purposes; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Libraries, Auditorium and Civic
Buildings ha.s submitted a claim for payment at the rate of $6.50
� per hour; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to pay to Mr. James Conklin the sum of $347. 74 from
Library Fund 0410-159.
