The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted„and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That.the nature of the improvement which the Gouncil recommends is

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said ixnprovement on th� 1Y�1� d�y of
March, 1971 , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Cauncil C1�a�er of the �ourt
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Fin�ce give notice of
said`meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

To the Commissianer of Finance of the City of St< Paul;
The Commissioner of Pnblic Works, having had under cunsideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 251621 approved
December 22. 19�relative to reconstructing the sidewalk and replacing with
intearal curb and sidewalk on .the east side of E. Como Blvd. from Victoria St, to
Lakeview Ave. and by doinq all other work which is necessary and incidentat to
__�omulete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and thinga referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft, for atandard sidewalk
S ft. wide aad $5.30 per lin. ft. for standard aidewalk b ft. wide.
$1.50 per sq ft. for integral curb and sidewalk °�
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improve�nt is hereto attached and
�ade a part thereof.
